The New-Year’s Gift is the main New Year Eve exhibition in Saint
Petersburg, traditional place for buying gifts, ornaments for Christmas
tree, exclusive products, bright and interesting event anticipating New
Year holidays. For city folk of Saint Petersburg the New-Year’s Gift has become not only a place to buy family gifts, but also an every year event for dozens of thousands people have a good Pre-New Year time. Last year total exhibition area of the New-Year’s Gift Exhibition amounted to 12 000 sq. m. There were presented 640 companies from 53 cities of Russia and national areas of Belorussia, Italy, and Latvia, exhibitors from Germany, Estonia, Ukraine, Bashkiria and Uzbekistan. Visitor’s interest to the project undertakes constant growth: in the year 2007 it was visited by 11 380 guests, 2008 – 20 730, 2009 – 30 820, and eventually last year visitor’s number had reached 35 735.
