The famous British singer, musician and actor comes to Saint-Petersburg.

 Performances of Chris Rea are like a celebration, a wonderful world of beautiful music, lyrical melodies and the marvelous sounds of the guitar which the musician plays brilliantly.

British singer and guitarist, he is recognizable for his distinctive husky voice and slide guitar playing. He enjoyed a run of popularity in Europe during the late ‘80s and early ‘90s. Rea started out performing with a local group called Magdalene.

The British Hit Singles & Albums stated that Rea was “one of the most popular UK singer-songwriters. He was already a major European star by the time he finally cracked the UK Top with his 18th chart entry “The Road to Hell”. By 2009 Chris Rea had sold more than 30 million albums worldwide.
